Legal issues call for expertise and experience. The legal experts and lawyers in the FSPS main office have both. They offer support, for instance regarding the wording of either contracts or general terms and conditions, and can give you an initial assessment in the event of legal disputes.

Information is only provided to school management or relevant authorised staff. Our legal advice office is obliged to avoid conflicts of interest. Legal information can only be given to employees of a school if authorised by the management.
